Ingredients

    1 Thomas Sahara Pita Pocket, 100% Whole Wheat
    1/4 c Athenos Hummus Wholesome Chickpeas
    4 thin slices Cucumber (peeled)
    3 thin slices Onions, raw,
    1/2 roma tomato, sliced
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1/4 tsp dried Parsley

Directions

Spread hummus on top of pita. Arrange cucumber, red onion and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. (Optional: add salt & pepper to taste). Sprinkle with parsley.
