Ingredients

    3 eggs
    3/4 tsp salt
    2 cups flour

Directions

Beat egg, add salt & enough flour for stiff dough. Knead, let stand covered 30 minutes. Put out flour and roll out paper thin, let dry. Drop in salted boiling water. Cook 10 minutes.

Serve with chicken breasts.
