Introduction

Great healthy snack loaded with Omega 3's Great healthy snack loaded with Omega 3's
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups apricots
    2 cups of dates
    1/2 cup apple juice
    2 cups oats
    1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
    1/2 cup finely chopped pumpkin seeds
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup ground almonds
    1/2 cup pure maple syrup
    1/4 cup grapeseed oil
    2 tbsp almond butter
    2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Chop up the spricots nd dates and bring thme to a boul with the apple juice. Let them simmer for 15 minutes on the stovetop.
while the fruit is simmering, combine the oats and nuts and seeds in a large mixing bowl
mix the rest of the wet ingredients together and add them to the oat mixture
Grease a baking pan and spread half of the combined mixture on the bottom of the pan. Mash up the cdried fruit and spread it over the bottom layer. Top it off with the rest of the oat mixture.
Bake this tasty treat in the oven at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on the top
Enjoy any time of the day.

    opps sorry forgot that, 9x13. Was in a hugh hurry on way to work. also can't figure out how to go back and edit for typo's so sorry for that too.
    I don't think the calculator on here works to well because it seem very high in some things. Will have to figure that on out.
