Taco Salad Topping

Introduction

Serve over lettuce Serve over lettuce
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 15 oz cans fat free refried beans
    1 15 oz can black beans
    2 lbs ground turkey
    Taco Seasoning
    3-4 cups Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 jar Salsa

Directions

Brown turkey meat in a pan. Once cooked add the seasoning (add as little or much as you want depending on the flavor you like).

While turkey is browning layer in a 9 x 13 pan the refried beans on the bottom, add the black beans next. Once turkey is done add ontop of the beans. Add the salsa next and the cheese on top.

Serve over lettuce for a salad or use baked tostito chips for a dip.
