Cherie's Cranberry Jello Fruit Salad

Sugar Free Jello and Fruit Salad may be used as a salad or a dessert. It may be used during holidays or anytime of year. It is a great side dish for turkey, ham or pork chops. Ingredients

2 small or 1 large Sugar Free Cranberry or Cherry Jello
1 can Ocean Spray Whole Berry Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1 can Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% pure pineapple juice
2 cups chopped Granny Smith Apples
1-16 oz. Lite Cool Whip
Directions
Yields 12 servings
Stir jello into 1 cup boiling water. When jello is disolved, stir 1 cup cold water into jello mixture. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Put jellied whole berry cranberry sauce in jello and break the sauce up with a fork. Stir in the Pineapple Chunks with the juice and the chopped apples. Refrigerate for 2 hours. When Jello Salad is well set, Spread 16 ounce container of Lite Cool Whip on top of Jello Salad.
Optional: Sprinkle top with chopped walnuts if desired.
