IntroductionI wanted to do something with my left over turkey so I through this together and it came out great. I wanted to do something with my left over turkey so I through this together and it came out great.
4-Cups of 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup (Approx. 2 cans)
4-Cups of Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free (Approx. 2 cans.)
1lb.-Bag of Northern Beans
8oz-Turkey meat (I use leftover turkey)
1-cup Mushrooms (Sliced)
1-cup Broccoli Florets
8-Baby Carrots cut into 1inch pieces
Once beans are done rinse and return to pot.
Add Broth and Soup.
Add all other ingredients and simmer until carrots are tender.
Season to taste:
I use pepper and Italian seasoning.
Makes approximately 10 servings at 1 cup each.
