    white potaoes are prefered,

Directions

peel and cut up potatoe (prefer white potatoe) boil till fork tender. Drain potaoes and will potatoes are draining add butter to pot and melt. In a jar put flour and milk shake till no clumps and smooth add to pot season with salt and pepper and add potaoes back in . Simmer till thickened. My granny always liked to add green peas too.+
