Momma's Oatmeal

Introduction

My Mom use to make this for my Dad to keep his body system moving. My Mom use to make this for my Dad to keep his body system moving.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup
    1/3 cup oatmeal
    4 dried prunes, cut up
    1 banana large or 2 small, cut up

Directions

Mix milk & syrup in a microwave safe dish add oatmeal, put in prunes and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir then microwave for 1/2 to 1 minute longer. Mix, cut up banana into oatmeal mix. Sir then add a splash of milk.
