Introduction

This is something i put together tonight for dinner. It turns out really good. Was a big hit with my mom! (probubly because she didn't have to cook) Hope you enjoy! I added fat free yogurt instead of sour cream. You can add reduced fat soup too, this is just what i happened to have in the pantry. This is something i put together tonight for dinner. Ingredients

    Ground beef
    Onion- sliced
    Penne Pasta
    Fat free plain yogurt
    Campbells cream of mushroom soup
    Shredded cheese( your choice)
    salt and pepper, spices to taste

Directions

Chop onions, add to heated pan with ground beef. Cook until beef is brown, drain.
While beef is cooking, add pasta to boiling water, drain when pasta is soft. Mix in to beef and onion mixture, mushroom soup and yogurt. Add shredded cheese on top. Yummy!
