Ingredients

    1 pt. heavy whipping cream
    1 can drained pineapple (crushed or tidbits)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup white sugar
    12 maraschino cherries with stems
    1/2 cup chopped dates

Directions

whip heavy cream, set a side
cream sugar and cream cheese, add mayo, mix well.
fold in whipped cream, pineapple, and dates.
spoon equally into 12 muffin cups and top with a cherry
place in freezer for at least 3 hours.
