Granny's Beef Stroganoff

Submitted by: MOMOFCHANCE

Introduction

I make this every year on my Mom's birthday, it was her favorite "beef stroganoff". She passed away a few years ago and I always have this and her home made dinner rolls and her favorite cake on her b-day. The sodium is high, you can use the reduced sodium soups, but this is what I had on hand. I make this every year on my Mom's birthday, it was her favorite "beef stroganoff". Ingredients

    1 lb. London Broil cubed
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup (nutritional value is for the 98% ff)
1 Can Cream of Celery soup (nutritional value is for the 98%ff)
    1 Can French Onion Soup

Directions

Sear london broil in hot pan and remove from heat when browned on all sides.

Mix soups and london broil together in crock pot and simmer 4-6 hours on low and 2-3 hours on high.

Serve with cooked egg noodles.

We get about 10 servings out of this. I also serve with a salad and veggie and a dinner roll (just tradition).
