Ingredients

1 cup brown rice, cold (yes it makes a difference)
    1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
    1 tablespoon soya sauce
    3 tablespoons egg whites
20g onion, raw (about 2 tablespoons)

Directions

1. Heat a fry pan or wok to medium high or high that has some cooking spray added.
2. Add the onion, and any other veggies you may have on hand.
3. In a small bowl, mix the sugar, soy and egg together then pour in the wok.
4. Add the rice and keep stirring.
5. Once the egg is cooked and the rice is heated through, eat!

Red peppers, mushrooms, pea pods, zucchini, thin sliced carrots, whole garlic cloves, tomatoes....all taste GREAT added in. Do experiment. Add more egg if you'd like as well.

Makes one serving.
