Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 L of half-cream milk
    21 tbsp of semola
    2 cinnamon sticks
    1/2 tsp stevia or nutrasweet to taste

Directions

Dissolve the semola in the milk, add the cinnamon and sweetener to taste, cook in medium fire till it boils, lower to medium fire mixing constantly for 5 mns, pour to cool in containers then in the fridge, let there for at least 1h.
