â€¢ 4 boneless pork loin chops at least 1 1/2 inches thick
â€¢ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
â€¢ 2 roasted red pepper
â€¢ 1 cups provolone cheese
â€¢ 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
â€¢ 2 tablespoons maple syrup
â€¢ 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2. Heat oil in a large, ovenproof skillet set over high heat. Place chops in the pan and reduce heat to medium-high. Cook chops for 4 minutes per side or until well browned.
3. Whisk the maple syrup with the balsamic vinegar.
4. Brush chops with glaze. Drizzle any extra glaze into skillet and transfer to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer chops to a serving platter. Drizzle juices over chops.
