Tyson Bonless Skinless Chicken Breasts, FRZN, 12 oz, slightly thawed & pounded to 1/4 in. thickness-
Tyson Prem. Sliced Ham, 3 serving
Sage, ground, 3 tsp
White Wine, 1/2 c.
Butter, salted, 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
TOOTH PICKS OR METAL SKEWERS! for holding ingredients!
Pre-heat oil, butter till hot. Place each breast into oil mixture & turn occassionally till a golden brown. Reduce heat to simmer & add the White Wine, to the pan, cover with lid & simmer for 15-20 min. Remove breast to platter & keep warm.
In meantime, increase heat to pan with remaining-oil, wine mixture & bring to a HARD boil for 5 min. Serve on top of cooked breast.
