Added 1/3 cup of Bisquick batter ans spooned it evenly over each uncooked cup to add 17 calories per muffin and a little top crust. Very nice - hope it freezes well for future breakfasts. - 11/14/10

  • I absolutely love this recipe. I added sauteed onions, green peppers to the mix and used whole heavy cream. About 15 minutes into it I drizzled flax seed meal on tops, for texture and then took Organic Blue Agave Nectar and drizzled tops when done and let it sit for a few. My husband raved. - 11/21/13

  • Yum! I also like to add veggies (because I add veggies to everything). Last time I chopped a bag of frozen mixed veggies extra fine and added to the mix- it did not mess with the consistency at all. So handy to keep in the freezer and are just as tasty reheated in the toaster oven as fresh. - 12/3/11
