Introduction

This recipe actually makes 2.  I usually drink half in the morning, after my morning workout and the other half as my last meal at night.  (Coffee is optional, shake tastes just as good without and obviously works better as the night meal either without or using caffeine free.) Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Blue Agave1 C. skim milk1/2 C. Ice1 scoop GeniSoy Soy Protein XT1 Tbsp. Flax Seed1/2 individual packet of instant coffee (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender or Magic Bullet, if you have one.  Blend until smooth.  Divide into 2 cups and enjoy.
