Introduction

This is yummy and very easy to make!

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    large onion
    spaghetti sauce (your own or jar & as much as you want) [1.5 c for calories listed]
    mozzarella cheese (as much as you want) [8oz for calories listed
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 tablespoon veg, oil
    1 cup sifted flour
    1/2 tsp, salt

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Grease 13x9x2 pan with oil. Brown gr.beef and chopped onion, drain, stir in sauce, simmer 10 min. Spoon into prepared pan, top with cheese. place in oven.
Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy. Beat in flour and salt until smooth. pour over meat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown
