Pumpkin Cheesecake

Introduction

I copied one of the SP recipes, but used what I had on hand. I wanted a more accurate calorie count. I copied one of the SP recipes, but used what I had on hand. I wanted a more accurate calorie count.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * Cream Cheese, 12 oz (
    * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    * Pumpkin, cooked, 1 cup pureed
    * *4 Egg white
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Put everything in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
I put mine in a greased muffin tin and cooked at 375 for 20 minutes, then refrigerated overnight. It's really good!
