Introduction

My mom used to make this when I was a kid, a version of sheperd's pie but less fussy. Easy way to get veggie into my family and is comfort food now. My mom used to make this when I was a kid, a version of sheperd's pie but less fussy. Easy way to get veggie into my family and is comfort food now.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    hamburger, or ground turkey, can of corn, can of green beans, garlic, onions, can of tomato soup, mashed potatoes (instant, leftover, freshly made, whatever), shredded cheese.

Directions

Brown beef with onion and garlic, drain. Stir together beef, corn, green beans, and soup. Spread into a casserole dish, spread mashed potatoes over mixture, top with shredded cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling around sides. Servings about 1 cup.
