Ingredients

    Shredded Wheat - 4 Cups
    Raw Almonds - 1/2 cup
    Smoked Almonds - 1/2 cup
    Apricot, dried - 1/2 cup
    Walnuts - /2 cup
    Dried Berry blend - 1/2 cup
    Fruit Medley - 1/2 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients in zip lock bag. Shake to mix well .serving size is 1/2 cup.
