    * Ginger Root, 5.7 grams
    * Garlic, 8.5 grams
    * Onions, raw, 133 grams
    * Beef brisket, 19 oz - I used stew beef (small bits)
    * *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    * *Snap peas, 1.5 cup
    * Carrots, cooked, 261 grams
    * water 1tbsp

Directions

- cook ginger garlic and onions in soy
- cook beef in that
- add veg and water
- cook covered until done
