1/4 cup Splenda
4 cups skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon to taste
Could add rum flavoring
2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick enough to coat a metal spoon with a thin film and reaches at least 160 F (70 C). remove pan from heat.
3. Stir in remaining 2 cups milk, vanilla extract, and rum flavioring (if desired). Cover and refrigerate until thourouhly chilled; several hours or overnight.
4. Serve with sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
