1 packet of Zatarain's New Orleans Style Salmon Cake Mix
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
15-16 oz. of canned salmon
1/2 cup water
Allow to stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Mold salmon cake mixture into 10 patties.
Fry in a generous amount of Pam (2 minutes on each side) or cook on a forman-like grill.
