Beef and Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

    2# lean beef chuck roast
    6 c cabbage, chopped
    1 1/2 c diced carrots
    2 can diced tomatoes, no salt added
    1 can Swanson beef broth, 100% fat free, 50% less sodium
    1/2 c dehydrated onion flakes
    8 c water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in a crock pot, turn on low and cook all day till meat is tender and falls apart. Makes 7 - 2 c servings
