Introduction

La Yneeta is a wonderful Cranbabe, and brings us this delicious recipe, and it is fabulous WITH the shrimp, and that is how I calculated it as well!!

Ingredients

    1 avocado-peeled, pitted and diced
    1 habanera pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 mango-peeled, seeded and diced
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
    1 lime, juiced
    1 small red onion, chopped
    *optional peeled, deveined, cooked shrimp

Directions

Directions: Place the avocado in a serving bowl, and mix with the lime juice. Mix in the mango, onion, habanera pepper, cilantro and salt.

Great with a “hint of lime” corn chips!
