Tara's Vegetable Stir Fry

Introduction

This is my version of Vegetable Stir Fry. It is delicious and nutricious if made correctly. To follow my directions, the past must not be dry. Otherwise you must prepare your noodles while cooking the vegetables. This is my version of Vegetable Stir Fry. It is delicious and nutricious if made correctly. Ingredients

    2 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Tsp Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 Package Yakisoba Noodles or other wheat noodles
    1 Cup Broccoli Chopped
    1/2 Cup Cucumber peeled, pared, and chopped
    3/4 Cup Sugarsnap or Snow Peas
    3/4 Cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped

Directions

Heat Vinegar, Oil, and Soy Sauce in frying pan. Ad Vegetables and cook until slightly softer. Add Yakisoba Noodles and continue to heat until noodles are heated and come apart. Sprinkle a dash of Sea Salt if desired. Sea Salt is not calculated in this recipe.
