IntroductionSoft cookies with a dab of chocolate! Soft cookies with a dab of chocolate!
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp fresh pureed ginger
3/4 Margarine, soft
1 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1/4 cup Molasses
1 Egg, fresh
45 grams Hershey's Chipits (3 chips per cookie)
Roll into 30 balls; place on cookie sheet and press down in the middle of each ball to make a depression. Place 3 chocolate chips there. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Makes 30 cookies.
