    2 pounds Steak, NY Strip
    1/2 cup Soy Sauce
    2 tablespoons oil, olive
    2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
    2 tablespoons sugar, brown
    1 tablespoon Onion, minced
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon ginger, ground
    1/2 teaspoon Pepper, black

Directions

To Prepare for Group:
1. Place all ingredients in a ziploc bag and freeze flat.


Cooking Day:
1. Thaw.
2. Grill.
