Mom's Stir Fry Vegetables

Introduction

My Mom makes this all the time and the whole family loves it. Low in calories and soduim. My Mom makes this all the time and the whole family loves it. Low in calories and soduim.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 large pkg of mix frozen Broccoli, califlower, carrots.
    1 stick of I can't believe its butter light
    1 cup each of green and red sweet bell pepper cut into strips
    1 cup of sliced onion
    1 cup of frozen or fresh snow peas
    2 cups of shredded cabbage
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp of garlic powder

Directions

In a large skillet melt butter. Add all vegetables ( can use any veggie that you like) Sprinkle vegetables with black pepper and garlic. Place lid over skillet and stir every couple of mins. Cook until tender but not mushy.
