Apple butter Pumpkin pie (singles)

Introduction

Took a recipe by Paula Dean and made it into singles.
Made these for family dinner. Everyone loved them. Especially the kids.

Ingredients

    1 cup Apple Butter
    1 cup fresh or canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup brown sugar ( I used light )
    1/2 tsp salt
    3\4 tsp ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp ground ginger
    3 eggs slightly beaten
    3/4 cup evaporated milk


Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees f.
Combine apple butter, pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices in a bowl. Than stir in eggs. Gradually add milk and mix well. Pour mixture in pie shells. Bake for about 30 - 35 minutes or until set. Watch close they finish quick.
