Chicken Vegitable Soup

Introduction

Chicken Vegitable Soup, no rice, or noodles. Chicken Vegitable Soup, no rice, or noodles.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Chicken Breasts (3)
    Chicken Broth 4 cups
    Celery chopped 1 C
    Carrots chopped 1 C
    Onion chopped 1 C
    Garlic chopped 1 Clove
    Salt 1 tsp
    Pepper 1tsp
    Stewed Tomatoes with Juice I can
    Italian cut Green Beans 1 Can

Directions

Boil Chicken breasts in about 6-8 cups of water, when chicken is done boiling about 15 minutes take out and chop the chicken into bite size, add onion, celery, garlic, and carrots into the chicken stock boil until soft. Add broth green beans, tomatoes, and seasonings. YUM YUM

  • I make this very same thing but I add tomato juice as well and some of my special seasonings. It is very good and is a very filling soup gotta have @ least 2 bowls tho. Lol. I think I might make it tonight since im sick would be very good for me. - 12/13/08
