IntroductionCreamy whipped potatoes Creamy whipped potatoes
* Potato , 5 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")
* Cream Cheese, 3 tbsp, whipped
* Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
* Sour cream, fat free, .5 cup
* Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
cream milk, sour cream, and cream cheese in a large bowl until frothy and well incorporated.
Add potatoes and whip until creamy.
Transfer to a casserole dish. (can be refrigerated at this point.)
Bake covered in a 350 Degree oven for half an hour.
Absolutely incredible... creamy and light!
I also added in seasoned salt and pepper to taste before baking.
