cream cheese salsa Turkey

Turkey breast meat cooked & chopped, 7 oz
Salsa, .5 cup
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp
Cream Cheese, 2 tbsp
Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
Garlic, 1 clove
Onions, raw, 3 slice, thin
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
Saute jalapenos if using raw,red/yellow peppers & onions till tender
Add Turkey,sour cream,cream cheese & salsa
simmer until ingredients are bleneded.
serve in a warm corn tortilla w/ more salsa or over rice.
if mixture is too thick thin w/ water, milk or chicken broth to desired consistency
