Dee-Lish! I swapped cooked shrimp & salmon for the chicken and added black olives & artichoke hearts instead of zucchinni. Loved it -- quick & easy -- my family LOVED it. - 2/1/10

Used what veggies I had on hand. Mushrooms and Aspargus. Yum, the whole family gobbled it up. Thumbs up from Hubby! - 4/23/10

I really enjoyed this recipe. The sauce was a perfect combination with the pasta and chicken. I sauteed some additional garlic, added some onions, and then added my chicken to the pan. Eliminated mushrooms and tomatoes (didn't have them) and added swiss chard. - 3/23/10
