Ingredients

    crust:
    1.5 cups whole wheat fiber
    1 cub oat flour
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1.5 teaspon salt
    1 cup apple sauce
    8 tbsp water
    2 tsp white vinegar
    egg white to keep from burning
    2 TBSp granulated maple sugar
    Filling:
    9 apples peeled cored and chopped
    1/3 cup granulates maple sugar
    1/3 maple syrup
    1 TSBP whole wheat flour
    1 lemon juice yield
    1/4 OJ
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1.5 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1/4 tsp allspice
    1.5 TBSP ff yogurt
    1 tsp salt
