French onion & bacon Omelett

Introduction

I like a big breakfast at times! This very good without having to cut up the onions! You can also add other ingredients such as green or red peppers or what you like or have! Ingredients

    2 eggs Large fresh
    2 Tbls. French Onion Dip
    1 Tbls. Hormel Bacon Bits
    Bit of 2% milk if you like !
    1 scant Tbl. oil I use olive oil

Directions

Beat eggs, add dip & bacon bits. Put oil in skillet, pour in egg mixture-Cook on 1 side, turn over finish cooking, serve! So easy!

Makes a serving for 1 or can cut in half for the next day! Brunettwoman
