BBQ Sausage,beans and rice

Introduction

I ran low one week 2 days before payday..threw this together and now its a family favorite! I ran low one week 2 days before payday..threw this together and now its a family favorite!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 pkg Louis rich smoke sausage (any lowfat sausage will do)
    1 can of navy beans
    1 can chili beans
    1 can black beans
    1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce(any flavor will do)
    2 tblsp of worchestershire sauce
    2 tsp minced garlic
    couple shakes Mrs.dash

    4-6 servings of brown rice instant

Directions

Really simple directions. Put all cans of beans in the crockpot,add all sauces and garlic and spices.Stir well. Put the sausage on top.(it will sink and get all the great flavor) Put crockpot on low let simmer till your rdy if put in alittle late put on high for about 4 hours.
