Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Bone in Chicken Breasts
    Mushrooms
    White Wine
    Cream Cheese
    Cream of Mushroom Soup
    Rice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Marinate Chicken Breasts in Italian Dressing and brown in skillet on medium. Remove from skillet and place in 13 x 9 pan. Saute mushrooms in skillet until tender and spoon over chicken in baking dish. Place cooking wine, mushroom soup and cream cheese(cut in pieces) in microwave safe bowl and microwave, stirring until blended. Pour over chicken and bake uncovered for 90 minutes or until chicken is done.

Prepare rice. Bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil on stove and add rice and cover. Cook on med-low for 20 minutes until rice is tender. Do not lift lid.
