Introduction

I read this recipe in The Biggest Loser Cook Book, and I thought I would share it with everyone! I read this recipe in The Biggest Loser Cook Book, and I thought I would share it with everyone!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    -One Banana
    -Any Yogurt Carton
    -Grape nuts
    -Peanut Butter

Directions

Step one, Put a Banana on any plate you desire. Next take a knife and then take the kind of flavor peanut butter and cover it all over the banana. After that pick a carton of yogurt from the fridge and put that on top of the peanut butter. Last is optional, but good, take some grape nuts and sprinkle it on the yogurt. And you are ready to eat!

  • It's because the only ingredient that is being used to determine the nutritional value is "Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1.00 cup", which is far too much for what is used in this recipe. Over all, this looks pretty good. :) - 1/24/09

  • um i'm just wondering if your servings are wrong because there's no way i'm gonna eat something with 1,530 calories and 131.7g of fat in one serving.. you should check this out, cuz it's like a hearattack waiting to happen.. good luck - 12/11/08

    The recipe is really healthy! its a mistake diffidently not that fat and less calories.. It is a healthy breakfeast food. Don't worry. I didn't put that many calories and fat, I wonder why it says that! and ps. I eat it every morning! It helps me feel more energized!
