Breakfast Scramble

Introduction

A great way to start the day when you are famished. I cook mine in the GT Express which allows me to control the portions. A great way to start the day when you are famished. I cook mine in the GT Express which allows me to control the portions.

Ingredients

    1 egg white
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup cheddar cheese
    2 sausage links, chopped
    1/3 cup shredded hash brown potatoes
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    cooking spray

Directions

Spray skillet with cooking spray (2 even sprays) and saute onion, potatoes and sausage. Mix egg white and egg with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook egg. When just about done, add cheese and stir.

Also works well with turkey sausage and 2 egg whites.
