Introduction

Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Cut potato into cubes in a small pan
Add water to cover.
Add chopped onion, salt and pepper
Cover and cook until tender. The water should thicken with the cooking of the potatoes.
