Introduction

3 spices, 3 types of beans, 3 cloves of garlic, and 3 different peppers. This recipe celebrates all things three. Ingredients

    1 Tbs olive oil
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 other mild pepper (pablano)
    1 jalapeno pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbs ground cumin
    1 Tbs chili powder
    2 tsps paprika
    1 cup pineapple juice
    28 oz. can Italian-style tomatoes
    15 oz. can red beans
    15 oz. can white beans
    15 oz. can black beans

Directions

Saute peppers, garlice, and onion in oil for 8 min. Add spices, deglaze with pineapple juice and simmer for few min. more. Add other ingredients, bring to boil, simmer for 25 min. and serve.
