330 Calorie Buffalo Chicken Strips

Introduction

Lower calorie version of my Buffalo Strips, using less butter and no flour. Still spicy, still yummy, and I make it way too much. Lower calorie version of my Buffalo Strips, using less butter and no flour. Still spicy, still yummy, and I make it way too much.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    200g boneless, skinless chicken (cooked weight)
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne
    2 tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce
    4 teaspoons margarine, melted
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

1. Sprinkle paprika and cayenne on raw chicken strips and bake, or pan fry until done.
2. In a small bowl, mix together hot sauce, margarine and garlic powder.
3. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in a fry pan and heat throughout. Heating gives the hot sauce a less raw flavor and helps crisp the chicken more giving the strips a yummy coating.
4. Eat.

Try serving with brown rice and broccoli.
