Ground Chuck 80% Lean, 2.50 lbs.
Sunups X-Lrg Eggs, 3 serving
Salt-Free Mrs. Dash Orig. Seasoning Blnd., .50 tsp (remove)
Pic Sweet Seasoning Blend 'onion,celery,peppers', 1 1/4 c.
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Paprika, 1 tsp
Kraft Sl. Swiss Cheese 2%, 5 slices or 5 oz. crumbled, shredded.
With clean hands & Ziploc bags on or plastic gloves, mix all ingredients in large bowl till well blended.
Turn ingredients onto a large broiler pan & shape into one large or 2 smaller loaves.
Cook for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hrs.
