Number of Servings: 102

Ingredients

    8 sticks of butter
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    5.5 white flour
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    4 tsp Cream of Tartar
    1 tsp salt
    4 tsp cinnamon
    4 tbsp more sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingrediants together. Roll dough into Walnut size balls, then roll into cinnamon and sugar mixer. Place them onto an unprepared cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Time will vary, but edges should be slightly brown. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.
