Ingredients

    1 can tuna in water
    1 hard boiled egg chopped
    2 tbps of reg mayo (*can substitute w/low-fat or fat free mayo- I didn't have any on this occassion & wanted to see what the calories were w/regular mayo).

Directions

combine & enjoy on bread, crackers, wraps, etc.
