3 quarts warm 2% milk 1 cup brown sugar or a mix of white and brown 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. maple flavoring 1/4 tsp. rennet
Mix milk with sugar and flavorings until sugar is disolved. Place rennet in a cup. Add a little of the milk mixture to it to dilute it. Add rennet mixture to milk mixture and stir to combine thouroughly. Let set at room temperature until milk sets. Place in refrigerator for a few hours if you want it cold. Makes about 12-1 cup servings.
