Healthy Chicken rice and Pea's

Introduction

Easy, quick, healthy. We have this on nights we are all busy, I can leave it on simmer and the rice in the rice cooker. Easy, quick, healthy. We have this on nights we are all busy, I can leave it on simmer and the rice in the rice cooker.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    ,.5 cup Soy Sauce
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (
    Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup

Directions

Put rice in the rice cooker or on stovetop as directed. Add oil to skillet, add chicken, and soy sauce and simmer until chicken is doen ( the juices will run clear). Add peas and simmer until cooked through. I slice the chicken into strips nad combine all with rice and seerve in bowls.
Makes 6 1 and half cup servings.
