IntroductionDifferent type of marzipan without eggs and with rose water. Different type of marzipan without eggs and with rose water.
2 cups Slivered Almonds
2 cups Powdered Sugar
4 tsp Rose Water
4 tsp Amaretto
2 tsp Pure Almond Extract
Grind almonds in a grinder until completely ground.
Mix almonds with powdered sugar.
Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Place wax paper on cookie sheet.
Scoop out 1 inch pieces and roll them into balls.
Place them on the wax paper.
You can shape them however you like, as well as color them however you like.
Add little water if dough dries. Repeat, if necessary.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees to make the marzipan slightly harder on the outside.
